Ingredients for Salad with Beans and Cucumbers

Making a salad with beans and cucumbers:
Step 1: Soak and cook beans.
Before cooking, red beans must be soaked. To do this, put it in a deep pan and fill it with cold water, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Boil the beans for 3-4 minutes. After turning off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and soak the beans 1 hour.
Drain the water from the soaked beans and add a new one, add a pinch or two of salt and cook for about 60 minutes without closing the lid. Then drain the water and cool the beans.
Step 2: Prepare the cucumbers.
Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly, cut the tails. For this salad, it is best to chop the cucumbers in thin circles.
Step 3: Prepare the green onions.For green onions, cut off the white tip with the roots; we will not need it for the preparation of the salad. Rinse the green part under running water and shake. Slice the onion into short tubes.
Step 4: Prepare the onions.
Peel onions, rinse with cold water and crumble with rings or half rings.
Step 5: Mix the salad.
In a suitable sized salad bowl, mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste, pepper and fine, but mix gently. Add olive oil at the end and mix again. That's all, your wonderful salad is ready, you can serve!
Step 6: Serve the salad with beans and cucumbers.
Serve chilled as an independent dish. You can decorate it with herbs, lemon slices or offer a couple of slices of black bread.
