Ingredients for Preparing Cauliflower Salad

Heat-resistant baking sheet, small grater, small bowl, metal spatula, kitchen tack for hot, citrus juice squeezer, kitchen knife, cutting board, colander, salad bowl.

Cooking Cauliflower Salad:

Step 1: Cooking Cauliflower

Divide the head of cauliflower with a knife into small inflorescences, then place the resulting pieces in a colander and rinse with warm running water, removing all dirt. Allow excess fluid to drain.
Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. And while it is warming up, put the resulting cauliflower inflorescences on a baking sheet, salt and pour olive oil. Put the cabbage baked on 10 minutes, after this time, open the oven and, without taking out the baking sheet, turn over the slices of cauliflower on the other side, not yet fried, with a spatula and continue cooking 10-15 minutes or until the inflorescences soften and cover with a characteristic crispy crust. After cooking, put the cauliflower from the pan and cool.

Step 2: prepare the parsley.

In the meantime, the cabbage cools, rinse in the same way, throwing parsley greens into a colander. Then shake it off excess water and crumble into small pieces.

Step 3: preparing a gas station.

Rinse the lemon thoroughly, best using a special soft brush. Using a grater, peel the zest and set it aside for a while. Divide the lemon itself into two halves and use a juicer to squeeze the lemon juice. Avoid getting seeds and pulp in the liquid.

Step 4: mix the salad.

Once the cabbage has cooled, you can proceed directly to the preparation of the salad. To do this, put the baked inflorescences in a salad bowl, sprinkle parsley on top and add lemon juice. Mix everything well and see if you need to add a little more salt. If everything is in order and no more spices are needed, proceed directly to the serving.

Step 5: serve the cauliflower salad.

Serve the ready-made cauliflower salad as a meal yourself. No additional sauces, especially a side dish, are needed. Just enjoy the refreshing taste and lightness.
