It’s best to follow the directions on the packaging and simply subtract 30 seconds from the specified time. Typically, the cooking time in this case is 9.5 minutes. Once the pasta is ready, throw it in a colander and proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 2: Cook the creamy sauce.


Once the pasta is ready, start cooking the creamy sauce. To begin, put the pan on the fire and put not its bottom butter, cut into pieces. Wait for it to melt completely.

After the butter has melted and become liquid, pour the cream into a skillet with a thin stream and shake them with a whisk to completely mix with the oil. Now arm yourself with a grater and grate the Parmesan cheese directly into the pan, but not all, but only 3/4, we need the rest at the end. If you are not sure that you will grate the cheese quickly enough, then it is better, of course, to do this in advance. Now mix the sauce until the cheese is completely melted. Do not forget to add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Cook the fettuccine in a creamy sauce.


Put the pasta boiled earlier in a creamy cheese sauce and mix them well with tongs, without removing from heat. Mix everything you need about 30 seconds or 1 minute, in general, enough time to bring the paste to full readiness. Then remove the finished pasta with sauce from the heat.

Now we needed the remaining quarter of the cheese. Grate it over the pasta and mix the finished dish. Everything, your delicious Italian dish is ready, feel free to start serving it on the table.
