Step 1: prepare the beef.

When the contents of the container are well warmed up, pour out chopped onions, carrots, and also dried celery and parsley roots here. From time to time, stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the vegetables until soft. This should take us about 7-10 minutes.
During this time, pour clean cool water into the multicooker pan and turn it on program "Soup" for 1 hour 50 minutes. Immediately spread the pieces of beef here and wait for the liquid to begin to boil. Closer to this, foam will appear on the surface of the water. Be sure to remove it with a slotted spoon and throw it into the sink, since we do not need it, because because of it we can get a muddy broth, and there is a pickle. We close the multicooker with a lid and cook the meat, looking from time to time so that water does not start to flow out through the valve.
At this point, our vegetables have already been well fried, so we add chopped pickles to them, mix everything thoroughly again and simmer the roasting roughly 5-7 minutes. At the end, turn off the burner and switch completely to the appliance.
In 40 minutes until completion programs "Soup" open the lid of the multicooker and add washed rice and to the taste of peppercorns to the pan.
