Cooking squid in sour cream with garlic:

Step 1: Prepare the squid.

To peel the squid carcasses, first prepare a deep bowl of ice water, and in the pan, on the contrary, boil the water. Feel the cartilage inside the squid carcass and just pull it out, this will be done simply and without effort. Then dip the squids in boiling water and immediately remove them by transferring them to a bowl of ice water. Due to such a sharp temperature difference, the peel from seafood will depart by itself, it remains only to pull it off, like a film.
Now pour clean water into the pan and slightly salt it. Bring to a boil and dip the peeled squid carcasses into it. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Then remove the seafood with a slotted spoon, cool slightly to avoid burns, and cut the boiled squid into rings.

Step 2: Prepare the parsley.

Rinse parsley under a stream of warm water and shake to remove excess moisture. After laying the grass on a cutting board, chop it into small pieces. It can also be done with scissors.

Step 3: Prepare the garlic.

Separate the number of cloves you need from the head of garlic. Peel them and cut off the unnecessary tips, then crumble the ingredient into very small cubes.

Step 4: Stew the squid in sour cream.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and put garlic with herbs in it, fry for a little less than a minute and, having mixed, add rings of squid to them.

Using a tablespoon, put sour cream in a pan, and also do not forget to add black ground pepper and salt, mix everything well to distribute all the ingredients evenly among themselves. Stew the dish like this 3-4 minutes. Then, without letting it cool too much, proceed to serve squid stewed in sour cream with garlic.

Step 5: Serve the squid in sour cream with garlic.

Serve squid in garlic sour cream best with boiled rice, generously watering the dish with cream sauce formed at the bottom of the pan. Also, I usually offer soy sauce in a special bowl. That's all, the dish is cooked and served, so take a seat and enjoy a delicate creamy taste of dietary seafood.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- It is best to choose uncleaned squid, so you will be sure that they were not subjected to a harmful chemical procedure, with which skin is removed from the carcasses.

- Also, in order to give the squid in sour cream a slightly pinkish tint that looks very appetizing with boiled rice, you can add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to sour cream.

- In winter, when it’s not the season, you can replace fresh parsley with dried herbs.
