Cooking pasta casserole with cottage cheese:
Step 1: cook pasta.
First of all, turn on and preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees Celsius. Then we select a suitable heat-resistant or non-stick baking dish and grease its bottom, as well as the inside of the sides with a thin layer of butter. At the same time, put on a medium fire a deep pan with the right amount of purified water. Then we choose a variety of pasta, in principle, any, but for some reason tastes better with large, such as feathers, thick spaghetti or large shells. When the liquid boils, add salt to it to taste and pour in the desired flour products.
We cook them, constantly stirring with a wooden kitchen spatula, until half ready, this is when they remain hard and slightly damp. If in more detail - we carefully read the instructions on the package and divide the cooking time indicated there by half. When the pasta reaches the desired consistency, we discard it in a colander, rinse it under cold running water, leave it in the sink for a couple of minutes, so that the glass has excess liquid, and transfer it to a deep bowl.
Step 2: prepare the cottage cheese and pasta mixture.
Next, in a bowl with pasta, we wipe the fat cottage cheese through a sieve with a fine mesh. Then there we add two chicken eggs, granulated sugar, the amount of which can be adjusted to taste, and mix everything with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency.
Step 3: prepare the egg-sour cream mixture.
Then we put the remaining chicken eggs in a clean deep bowl, pour sour cream into it and beat these products with a whisk to a uniform consistency. Strong zeal is not necessary, we devote this process no more than half a minute, as soon as the mixture becomes slightly airy, proceed to the next step.
Step 4: form and bake a pasta casserole with cottage cheese.
We spread the cottage cheese and pasta mass in the prepared baking dish and level it with a tablespoon, so that it lies evenly. Then fill it with an egg-sour cream mixture and put it in the oven, preheated to the desired temperature, on the middle rack.
We stand the dish there 50-60 minutes, for which it is completely baked and covered with a rather ruddy, charming crust. After the required time, we pull the kitchen gloves on our hands, rearrange the form on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop, and allow the resulting product to cool to a warm state.
After that, using a kitchen spatula, divide the casserole into 6-8 servings, distribute them on plates and immediately serve on the table.
Step 5: serve the pasta casserole with cottage cheese.
Casserole of pasta with cottage cheese is a delicious and very simple meal, which can be called a full-fledged second course or a healthy dessert. After cooking, it is cooled, then cut into portions, laid on plates, optionally sprinkled with icing sugar, poured with honey, jam, jam, condensed milk or decorated with some other delicacy and served immediately. As a complement to this miracle, you can offer fat yogurt, homemade sour cream or cream, and savor such a meal with fresh, only brewed tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, cappuccino or whatever you like.
