After which the jam needs to be brought to a boil and maintained in this state even 3-4 minutes. Then you need to let the fruit mixture rest and brew again, so turn off the heat and wait 30 minutes. After the specified time, boil the kiwi jam again and simmer it over low heat for 5-6 minutes. That's all, after the second boiling, you can remove the pan from the heat and proceed to the next cooking stage.

Step 4: Prepare Kiwi Jam.


The resulting jam directly hot pour into prepared sterilized jars. You need to do this with the help of a half. We close the filled jars with lids and roll them up, wrap them in clean kitchen towels and leave them to cool in this form. Then we remove the towels and store the kiwi jam until you want to feast on it.
