Peking salad with pineapple:

Step 1: Prepare the cabbage.

Peking cabbage disassemble into separate leaves, removing dead and spoiled. Rinse the ingredients under running warm running water, scrubbing off dirt and adhering small grains of sand. Dry slightly by shaking. After laying cabbage leaves on a cutting board, cut the bottom and chop the ingredient into small cubes or thin strips.

Step 2: Prepare the pineapple.

If you have chosen a fresh pineapple, you need to peel it by simply cutting off the skin with a knife, and then grind the ingredient with a knife as well. It is best to cut the fruit into medium-sized cubes.
Canned pineapples just need to open and drain the syrup. Usually, this ingredient goes into preservation already cut into pieces or rings. Pieces do not need to be done less, but be sure to chop the rings.

Step 3: Prepare the apples.

Rinse apples thoroughly under running water. If desired, you can remove the skin or leave. After washing, cut the fruit into slices and core with the seeds, just do not forget about the tail. Then chop the apples in any way convenient for you. You can even just chop the fruit on a grater, for example.

Step 4: Prepare the Orange.

Remove the peel from the orange in the same way that you peeled the pineapple, that is, just cut it off with a knife. Then grind the pulp of the fruit, not forgetting to get rid of the seeds so that they do not get into the salad.

Step 5: Mix Peking salad with pineapple.

Mix all the prepared ingredients together, season them with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well, a lot of juice should stand out. Stir so as not to break pieces of fruit. To do this, it is better to use two forks or a fork and a tablespoon. Once the fruit has secreted juice and is sugared, season the salad with vegetable oil. Mix well again and start serving the finished dish.

Step 6: Serve Peking Salad with Pineapple.

Serve Peking cabbage salad with pineapple immediately after preparation, but you can also store it in the refrigerator, if necessary. I recommend eating this dish for breakfast, as it will charge you with refreshing energy without leaving a burden.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Often I meet recipes of a similar salad, where it is recommended to add carrots in the same way, but first, the ingredient should be crushed using a grater.

- Also, in order to make salad more satisfying, you can add hazelnuts or walnuts to it.

- To make the salad sweeter, instead of an orange, you can use mandarin, because you can not even cut it, just split it into slices.
