Cooking fried sausages in the dough:
Step 1: prepare the dough.

Now, for the reaction to go, you need to wait 15 minutesbefore continuing with cooking. After pour in the plate vegetable oil and pour salt. And at the very end, gradually add the wheat flour, sifting it through a strainer. First stir the dough with a spoon, then when it becomes thicker, knead it with your hands. As a result, you should get a soft, slightly sticky and viscous mass. Leave it in a plate or pan and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let the dough rise for 2 hours, at the same time once an hour or 40 minutes, open it and crush. Important: the dough will rise twice, so choose the right sized dishes so that the mass does not "run away" from you.
Step 2: we create sausages in the test.
If the dough is ready and increased in size, then it's time to wrap sausages in it. But first, prepare the work surface, you can crush it with flour, as usual, but better lubricate with vegetable oil. Hands should also be lubricated. Put the dough out of the plate where it was infused, and divide it into identical pieces.
Wrap each flattened piece of dough with your wrist and flatten it. For convenience, you can use a rolling pin.
In the resulting layers of dough, put a sausage peeled from the shell. Connect the edges with your fingers and firmly fasten them together so that there are no gaps. As a result, you get a kind of oblong pie with a sausage inside. Form the rest of the products in the same way.
Step 3: saute the sausages in the dough.
Take a deep frying pan, put it on the fire and heat a large amount of vegetable oil in it. Carefully, so as not to burn yourself, put the sausages in a frying pan dough and fry over medium heat until a characteristic golden crust appears on all sides. Of course, all formed products will simply not be included immediately, so fry in batches, because sausages in the dough should not be crowded in a pan, and they should practically float in hot oil.
Spread the fried pies immediately after preparation on disposable paper towels so that they absorb excess fat. After baking, move to a large plate, in which you will serve sausages in the dough to the table.
Step 4: serve the fried sausages in the dough.
