Ingredients for Salad with Pickled Tomatoes

Making a salad with pickled tomatoes:
Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running warm water and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, we cut the components in half and remove the stalks from each part. For such a salad, both whole vegetables and chopped pieces are suitable. This is at your discretion.
I tried it differently and it always turned out very tasty. Next, carefully transfer the tomatoes into a large bowl and proceed to the preparation of green onions.
Step 2: prepare the green onions.
We thoroughly wash the green onions under running water, shake off excess liquid and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the feathers and immediately pour them into a small bowl.
Step 3: prepare the parsley.
Wash the parsley well under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Grind greens with the same knife and move it into a bowl with green onions.
Step 4: prepare the garlic.
We put the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press down with the edge of the knife. Next, with clean hands, remove the husk from it and rinse well under running water.
We spread the cloves back onto a flat surface and chop into two parts. The crushed components are moved to a free saucer.
Step 5: prepare the marinade for tomatoes.
In a blender bowl, put chopped green onions, parsley, pieces of garlic, and pour olive oil, wine vinegar and pour salt, ground basil and black pepper to taste. Grind everything at medium speed until a homogeneous mass is formed. Attention: Be sure to taste the marinade and, if necessary, add the necessary spices and salt.
Step 6: prepare a salad with pickled tomatoes.
Pour the marinade into a bowl with chopped tomatoes and carefully, but very carefully mix everything until smooth. Using a tablespoon, transfer the salad into a food container or a glass jar, tightly close the lid and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The dish should let the juice and infuse, then it will be incredibly tasty. Although fresh salad is also obtained nothing.
Step 7: serve the salad with pickled tomatoes.
When the salad with pickled tomatoes is infused in the refrigerator, we take it out and put it on a special plate using a tablespoon. We serve it to the dining table as an appetizer along with various dishes. For example, with fried potatoes, fries, pasta with meat and other equally tasty dishes.
