Ingredients for making millet casserole with chicken

  1. Millet 200 g
  2. Milk 400 ml
  3. Onion 1 pc.
  4. Asparagus 100 g
  5. Green peas 100 g
  6. Butter 15 g
  7. Egg 1 pc.
  8. Baked chicken legs 2 pcs.
  9. Salt ½ tbsp. l (taste)

Cooking millet casserole with chicken:

Cut the onion into a small cube.

Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Beat an egg with salt in a bowl. Add milk to the egg, mix.

Grease the heat-resistant form with butter.

Rinse and millet in a mold, add chopped onions, peas, asparagus, mix.

Pour in the egg-milk mixture, mix, distribute the products evenly in shape. Put the meat on the surface.

Cover with foil. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

The casserole is ready.
