Making a salad of Beijing cabbage, chicken and crackers:
Step 1: prepare the chicken leg.

At the end we take the ham out of the broth and put it on a cutting board. Let it be warm. Next, separate the flesh from the bone and skin. We cut the meat with a knife into small pieces and transfer it to a free plate. Let it lie so long.
Step 2: prepare the chicken eggs.
We lay the chicken eggs in a small pan and completely fill with ordinary cold water. We put the container on medium heat and let it boil completely. Immediately after that we detect 10 minutes and boil hard-boiled eggs.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and take the pan with the help of kitchen tacks and rearrange it in the sink under a stream of cold water. Attention: You can also take the components one at a time with a tablespoon and transfer to a bowl with cold water and ice. I love homemade more, because they come without any flavorings and additives, plus such crackers remain soft after cooking inside, so they are easy to bite when they get on your teeth. So let's get started. First of all, spread the slices of bread on a cutting board and carefully cut the crust with a knife. Only the crumb should remain with us. Here we cut it into small cubes. Then pour them into a free plate and proceed to the second stage of the preparation of crackers.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When it warms up well, add the cubes of bread here. From time to time, stirring with a wooden spatula, fry the components until they are covered with a golden crust on all sides. Attention: make sure that there is oil in the pan, and add, if necessary. But since bread has one property - to absorb various liquids, we also do not overdo it with fat. At the end, turn off the burner, and set the capacity aside. Let the crackers cool.
Step 7: prepare the Beijing cabbage.
We wash the Beijing cabbage under running cool water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, grind the ingredient with a thin straw and immediately pour it into a deep bowl.
Step 8: prepare a salad of Beijing cabbage, chicken and crackers.
In a bowl with chopped cabbage, put the slices of boiled chicken ham, canned green peas, cheese chips, finely chopped eggs, onions, and sprinkle everything with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
