Cooking smoked ham salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ham.

Disassemble the chicken leg and separate the meat from the bones, this should be easy and simple if the ingredient is of high quality. Cut the pulp into small cubes or tear into fibers. You can do the same with the skin, but many do not like its taste, so more often it is thrown out with the bones.

Step 2: Prepare the cheese.

Grind cheese with a medium grater. You can also crumble it into small cubes, depending on what exactly you prefer.

Step 3: Prepare the corn.

Open a jar of corn and, holding its contents with a tablespoon, drain the liquid. You can also just throw the corn on a sieve and thereby get rid of unnecessary water.

Step 4: Prepare the pineapple.

Shake the pineapple circles from the syrup and cut into small pieces. If you bought canned pineapple, diced, then they should also be chopped, as they go too large for this salad.

Step 5: Prepare the nuts.

Heat the skillet over medium heat and lay peeled walnuts on it. Fry this ingredient without adding oil for 5 minuteswhile stirring the contents of the pan. Thus, you will get roasted nuts evenly coated on all sides with a golden crust. Now it remains only to cool and grind them, chopping with a knife or rubbing. Several pieces can be left for decoration.

Step 6: Mix the salad with smoked ham.

Place all ingredients in a suitable sized salad bowl and season with mayonnaise. Important: When adding dressing, keep in mind that the salad is so fatty enough that you don’t need to zealous with mayonnaise. Stir everything well and sprinkle with black ground pepper to add spiciness to the salad. That's all, a very satisfying and spicy salad is ready to be served on the table, because it is absolutely not necessary to insist.

Step 7: Serve the smoked ham salad.

Smoked ham salad is always very welcome on any holiday table, and often it is especially to the female half. But, since this dish turned out to be very nutritious, it can be safely served as a hearty and extremely tasty breakfast. So eat with pleasure yourself and treat guests.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of ham, you can use smoked breast.

- To make the salad less fat, and, accordingly, more diet, add as few nuts as possible or refuse them altogether.

- If you don’t like the combination of chicken and pineapple, then try adding green peas to the salad instead, it will turn out a completely different dish, but no less tasty.
