Making celery salad with apple:

Step 1: Prepare the celery.


Rinse the celery stalks thoroughly, and if necessary, pick up the top film with a knife and remove it. Cut the prepared ingredient into thin, almost transparent slices. In my opinion, the smaller the components for this salad, the tastier it is.

Step 2: Prepare the apples.


Fold the apples in the sink and, turning on the warm water, rinse them thoroughly, using a special brush to clean off even adhering dirt. Of course, if you are going to just peel the fruit, then you do not need to wash them so thoroughly. But I always keep the skin, because it contains a lot of useful substances and vitamins.
Cut the washed apples into small strips or slices. Do not forget to also clean the seed core and remove the tail.

Step 3: Mix celery salad with apple.


Fold sliced ​​celery and apples in a salad bowl. Take a half of the lemon and, having pressed it well, squeeze the juice directly into the salad. It is best to immediately support a tablespoon of flesh and sour fruit seeds so that they do not fall into a plate. Stir all the ingredients and add a couple teaspoons of honey. Olive oil should be added at the very end, after all the other ingredients for seasoning. Thoroughly mix the salad again and you can safely proceed to serving it.

Step 4: Serve a celery salad with an apple.


Celery salad with apple, as I said at the beginning, is a great start to the day. After all, it is so important in the morning to recharge all day with energy and a good mood, so that all things go uphill and everything worked out well and easily!
