Cooking salad with chicken, mushrooms and beans:

Step 1: prepare and cook the chicken fillet.


First, thoroughly wash the chicken fillet, dry it with paper kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board and use a sharp kitchen knife to get rid of cartilage, film, and excess fat. Then we send the meat into a small saucepan, pour purified water 5-6 cm higher and put on medium heat. After boiling, using a slotted spoon, remove the gray-white foam - curled protein from the surface of the bubbling liquid. Cook the chicken until fully cooked for 25-30 minutes, then move it to a clean plate and set it opposite the ajar window so that it quickly cools down to room temperature.

Step 2: prepare beans and mushrooms.


We don’t lose a minute while the filet cools, helping ourselves with a special key, open the jars of canned goods. We discard the mushrooms with beans in separate colanders and briefly keep in the sink so that the glass is excess liquid. Then we leave the beans whole, the champignons we place on a clean board, chop the slices with a thickness of 4-5 millimeters and discard these products in a deep bowl.

Step 3: prepare onions and lettuce.


Then, using a clean knife, peel the onion, and at the lettuce we cut the stem and gutted it from the seeds. We wash the vegetables under trickles of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a new board, chop them with a thin straw and send them after the mushrooms and beans.

Step 4: bring the salad with chicken, mushrooms and beans to full readiness.


Now we return to the fillet, its slicing depends only on your desire. You can chop meat with strips, slices, I prefer medium-sized cubes. When the chicken is prepared, put it in the same bowl with legumes, mushrooms and vegetables. We season everything to taste with salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and a tablespoon, mix the salad until a homogeneous consistency. Then let him insist at least 15-20 minutes, distribute in portions on plates and go ahead and taste it!

Recipe Tips:

- the salad will turn out more tender if it is seasoned not with mayonnaise, but with homemade cream or sour cream;

- if desired, you can use fresh dried beans, but before that it should be sorted, washed thoroughly, soaked for 7-12 hours and boiled until fully cooked for about 1.5-2 hours. Although the duration of this process may vary depending on the variety of this ingredient. Then the beans should be thrown into a colander, drain the excess liquid and then use as intended;

- Do you want the salad to be more saturated? If so, add a little hard cheese chopped on medium or large grater, hard-boiled chicken eggs or ham, and finely chopped salad leaves can refresh this dish;

- an alternative to boiled chicken breast - any pieces of meat from this bird, can be smoked;

- if you do not like the sharpness of black pepper, then use allspice, it is less sharp, but more fragrant.
