Then we send the meat into a small saucepan, pour purified water 5-6 cm higher and put on medium heat. After boiling, using a slotted spoon, remove the gray-white foam - curled protein from the surface of the bubbling liquid. Cook the chicken until fully cooked for 25-30 minutes, then move it to a clean plate and set it opposite the ajar window so that it quickly cools down to room temperature.
Step 2: prepare beans and mushrooms.
We don’t lose a minute while the filet cools, helping ourselves with a special key, open the jars of canned goods. We discard the mushrooms with beans in separate colanders and briefly keep in the sink so that the glass is excess liquid. Then we leave the beans whole, the champignons we place on a clean board, chop the slices with a thickness of 4-5 millimeters and discard these products in a deep bowl.
Step 3: prepare onions and lettuce.
Then, using a clean knife, peel the onion, and at the lettuce we cut the stem and gutted it from the seeds. We wash the vegetables under trickles of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a new board, chop them with a thin straw and send them after the mushrooms and beans.

Now we return to the fillet, its slicing depends only on your desire. You can chop meat with strips, slices, I prefer medium-sized cubes. We season everything to taste with salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and a tablespoon, mix the salad until a homogeneous consistency. Then let him insist at least 15-20 minutes, distribute in portions on plates and go ahead and taste it!
