Making a salad with prunes and cheese:

Step 1: prepare the eggs.

First, prepare the eggs. Place them in a saucepan, fill with cold water and cook for 12-14 minutes after boiling.
Immediately after cooking, cool the eggs by dropping them sharply in cold water. This trick will help you to avoid long fuss with a clean shell.
Cut prepared and peeled ingredients into very small pieces. And in order to decorate the finished salad, separate the yolks from a couple of eggs and crumble them separately.

Step 2: prepare the prunes.

Put the prunes in a colander, rinse, transfer to a deep plate, pour boiling water and wait 15-20 minutes, then again throw everything in a colander, draining excess fluid. Transfer scalded dried fruits to disposable paper towels and dry. Cut the prepared prunes into cubes or thin strips.

Step 3: prepare the cheese.

Unpack the processed cheese and cut into very small cubes.

Step 4: prepare the nuts.

Chop walnuts into small pieces with an ordinary kitchen knife.

Step 5: prepare the green onions.

Thoroughly wash the feathers of green onions, dry. Grind the prepared ingredient with a knife.

Step 6: prepare the garlic.

Peel the cloves of garlic, cut the ends and chop, chopping with a knife or passing through a special press.

Step 7: mix the salad with prunes and cheese.

Spread prepared ingredients in layers. First, put the slices of cheese, sprinkled with garlic and greased with mayonnaise. Then, in order, there are eggs mixed with green onions; you do not need to coat this layer with dressing. Lay the prunes on top of the eggs, coat with mayonnaise, sprinkle all with walnuts. And in order for the finished salad to have a festive appearance, smooth its surface, smearing it with mayonnaise again, then sprinkle everything with grated or finely chopped yolk, and lay on top slices of prunes or halves of walnuts, or beautifully chopped egg white. Then your salad will take its final shape and will be ready to serve.

Step 8: serve the salad with prunes and cheese.

Also, a ready-made salad with prunes and cheese can be decorated with green leaves. In any case, you will get an incredibly mouth-watering and slightly unusual dish, which everyone wants to taste. So you rather sit down at the table and try, enjoying the taste.
