Salad "Whisk"


Ingredients for the preparation of lettuce "Whisk"

  3. Kiwi 2 pieces
  4. Orange 1 piece (large)
  5. Honey 1.5 tablespoons

Step 1: Prepare the Kiwi


Peel the kiwi with a special knife. Rinse the fruit with cold water to remove random hairs and rub the peeled pulp on a medium grater.

Step 2: Prepare the Orange.


Peel the skin from an orange with a kitchen knife so that one bare flesh remains before you. Cut the peeled fruit into thin circles, simultaneously scrubbing the bones with the tip of the knife. And then cut the resulting slices even finer, dividing each into three or four slices.

Step 3: Prepare the apple.


Peel the apple. In principle, you can not clean it, but then be sure to rinse it well. Then divide into slices and cut the core with seeds, not forgetting to throw a branch as well. Rub the flesh of the fruit just like kiwi.

Step 4: Mix the Whisket Salad.

- If you do not like honey, then it is quite possible to use kefir sweetened with fructose.
