Ingredients for Cooking Okrosh Diet
- Fresh cucumbers 2 pieces
- 4 eggs
- Fresh radish 4-6 pieces (depending on size)
- Green onion 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Dill greens 1 bunch
- Pure cold water optional
- Sour cream (low fat) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon 1 piece

Tureen or deep plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, stewpan, citrus juice squeezer, tablespoon.
Cooking okrosha dietary:
Step 1: Prepare the eggs.
Chicken eggs are cooked the longest for this dish, since they need to be boiled hard-boiled, while all other ingredients do not need heat treatment. Therefore, place the eggs in a stewpan, completely fill them with clean cold water and put on fire. Salt, wait until the liquid boils, turn down the power and cook for another 12-14 minutes.
Immediately after cooking, place the eggs under a stream of cold water and keep them there until they cool completely. Well-chilled eggs can be easily peeled. And after cleaning, they will only have to cut into small cubes.
Step 2: Prepare the cucumbers.
Rinse the cucumbers by hand, removing all dirt. You can even use a soft brush or sponge to wash vegetables. Cut clean vegetables into small cubes or thin strips, as you like best.
Step 3: Prepare the radish.
Rinse the radishes as thoroughly as cucumbers with running water. Use a sharp knife to cut the tops on one side and the thin root on the other. Cut the peeled radishes in semicircles or cubes, depending on the size of the vegetables.
Step 4: Prepare the greens and onions.
Rinse all the greens at once, anyway we mix it. Then brush off the onion, dill and parsley from excess moisture, put them on a cutting board and chop very finely.
Step 5: Squeeze lemon juice.
Rinse the lemon, halve it and squeeze the juice from each, using a special juicer. If you do not have such a tricky device, then cut the fruit into slices, then on each of them make two cuts across the pulp and squeeze the juice, folding the lemon slices in half.
Attention: remove seeds and pieces of pulp from lemon juice, and if necessary, additionally strain it through a fine sieve.
Step 6: Prepare a diet okroshka.
Pour all the prepared ingredients into the tureen, add salt, pour lemon juice and put sour cream. Lastly, fill the resulting salad with clean cold water and mix thoroughly. Check the taste if there is enough salt, if necessary, add it, if not, serve the finished diet okroshka to the table.
Step 7: Serve a diet okroshka.
A dietary okroshka made with fresh vegetables is the best summer meal, perfect for a hot lunch. Judge for yourself: it’s easy to cook and you don’t have to stick out near a hot stove; it consists only of low-calorie and light foods; has a pleasant refreshing taste.
