  1. Olive oil 5-7 tablespoons
  2. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Dried olive herbs 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking a salad with beans and feta cheese:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Open the jars of beans and discard their contents in a colander. Wait for the excess liquid to drain, rinse the beans and put them in a salad bowl or just in a deep bowl.
Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dousing them with warm water, drain and divide each vegetable into halves. If your tomatoes are slightly larger, you can cut them into quarters, this is a matter of taste.
The feta cheese should be removed from the packaging and carefully cut into medium-sized cubes with a sharp knife. Do not grind very much, cut so that it is convenient to eat.
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a special press to make a slurry. If desired, you can just chop the garlic very finely with a knife.
Peel the onions and cut into very small cubes. It is important that the pieces were really small and barely felt in the total mass of the salad.
Rinse parsley and dill with warm water, brush off excess moisture and chop with a knife. At the same time, I do not use hard stems in the salad, but simply throw them out.
Leave the olives whole, just drain the liquid from them, just like with canned beans.

Step 2: We are preparing refueling.

Combine olive oil, oregano, and dried herbs in a small but deep bowl. With a whisk or fork, beat the dressing well.

Step 3: Mix the salad with beans and feta cheese.

In the salad bowl to the beans, add all the other prepared ingredients: tomatoes, cheese, onions, garlic and herbs with olives. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix, and then pour in the dressing. Stir the salad again and serve it to the table.

Step 4: Serve the salad with beans and feta cheese.

Salad with beans and feta cheese is an independent dish, and a great addition to meat kebabs and grilled sausages and sausages. In addition, without fear that it will become too watery, you can take it with you to a picnic just by packing it in a plastic container. - If luck smiles at you and you can get feta cheese in olive oil with herbs, then you will not need to prepare dressing, just add the marinade from the package with cheese.
