Cooking pasta casserole with cheese:

Step 1: Cook the pasta.

Cook the pasta first. Prepare them in accordance with the instructions on the packaging, that is, pour them into salted boiling water and, stirring occasionally, bring to full readiness. It usually takes 5-8 minutes, depending on the type of pasta. The main thing here is not to digest, so that they do not become limp and do not lose shape.
Throw the cooked pasta into a colander, drain the excess liquid and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Prepare the cheese.

Grind cheddar cheese with a medium or fine grater. Set aside about immediately 3 tablespoonswith which we sprinkle the casserole before it is sent to the oven.

Step 3: Cook the casserole cheese sauce.

Melt the butter at the bottom of the stewpan. Then pour wheat flour to it and mix very carefully.

It is best to interfere with a whisk. Continue until a uniform mass forms at the bottom of the pan.

Pour milk into the flour preheated with butter, mix well and bring to a boil over low heat. Most importantly, do not let the liquid run away or burn. Therefore, carefully monitor the contents of the stewpan and mix it.

And last of all, pour the grated cheddar cheese into the stewpan and mix with milk until it is completely dissolved.

As a result, you get such an appetizing and viscous cheese sauce.

Step 4: Cook the cheese pasta casserole.

Gently mix the cooked pasta with the resulting cheese sauce, they should be covered with cheese on all sides.
Lubricate the baking dish with a little butter and pour the pasta into it in the cheese sauce. Smooth the surface of the future casserole with a spoon or spatula.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Remember, we put off a few tablespoons of grated cheese before? Return to this remaining cheddar and sprinkle the top of your pasta casserole on it, and then immediately send it to the preheated oven. Cook everything for 30 minutes. During this time, pasta is soaked in cheese sauce, and on top they are covered with a delicious ruddy crust. Remove the finished pasta casserole from the oven and, before it has time to cool, serve it to the table!

Step 5: Serve the pasta casserole with cheese.

A pasta casserole made with this recipe is just something! It can be served with boiled sausages or a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs, but I think that without it it is simply amazing. Be sure to cook and try a cheese pasta casserole as soon as possible.
Enjoy your meal!
