Cooking klafuti with cherry:

Mix with a mixer 1 egg and 2 yolks, sugar and salt.

Alternating in parts to add flour and milk, mix with a mixer until smooth.

Beat the protein until stable peaks.

Pour half the dough into a non-stick form.

Spread pitted cherries.

Fill with the remaining dough.

Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees, 20-30 minutes.
