Hontam puff salad


Ingredients for cooking puff salad "Hontam"

  1. Onion 1 piece
  2. Canned tuna 400 grams
  3. 4 eggs
  4. Fresh tomatoes 200 grams
  5. Arugula (or / and salad mix) to taste
  6. Balsamic vinegar to taste
  7. Natural fat-free yogurt to taste
  • Main ingredients: Tuna, Tomato, Greens
  • Serving 3 servings

Inventory:

Salad bowl, stewpan, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, disposable paper towels, colander, fork.

Cooking puff salad "Hontam":

Step 1: Prepare the eggs.


Rinse and boil the eggs, i.e. during 10-12 minutes after boiling. Then, without removing it from the pan, place the eggs under a stream of cold water and leave them there until they cool completely. After that, you just have to peel the husks with it and divide each lengthwise into 6-8 parts to make thin slices.

Step 2: Prepare the tuna.


Open a jar of tuna, drain all excess liquid, and mash the fish with a fork. But do not grind especially, let some pieces remain larger, so they will look more appetizing in a salad.

Step 3: Prepare the tomatoes.


Rinse and dry the tomatoes thoroughly with disposable paper towels. Cut out the seal left after the stalk and chop the prepared tomatoes into pieces of any size. You can even make them as large as eggs.

Step 4: Prepare the arugula.


Rinse the arugula by placing it in a colander and rinsing it several times with warm running water. Dry the greens with towels. You do not need to cut or tear the arugula, its leaves are already quite small in size.

Step 5: Prepare the onion.


Peel the onion and rinse several times with cold water. Then cut the vegetable into thin rings or half rings. Here, the thinner, the better for the taste of the dish.

Step 6: Mix and serve the Hontam puff salad.


Prepare a salad bowl or plates in which you will serve salad. Pour fat-free yogurt and balsamic vinegar to the bottom of the dishes in two parallel strips. Lay the leaves of arugula on top of the salad dressing, then tuna, onions, tomatoes and decorate everything with boiled eggs on top. You can add a little pepper to taste. That's all! Ready-made puff salad "Hontam" is ready to serve. Eat well and let your figure always look amazing.

Recipe Tips:

- Take only tuna, canned in its own juice, no oil.

- Instead of regular tomatoes, you can take cherry tomatoes.

- Even in this salad you can add crispy bell pepper and a salad mixture of various healthy and fresh herbs.
