Ingredients for making seabass baked in foil

Cooking sea bass baked in foil:
Step 1: prepare the fish.
Clean, gut and rinse the fish inside and out. Remove the gills. Dry the seabass with a paper towel dry. On one side, make small cuts on the carcass.
Season the prepared fish with salt, pepper, sprinkle with a special seasoning and distribute all the spices evenly, both outside and inside the carcass.
Peel a slice of lemon, divide into two halves and put in the abdomen of a sea bass.
Step 2: prepare the seasoning for the fish.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon butter softened at room temperature and 2 teaspoons olive. Add finely chopped fresh basil leaves and diced garlic to them (you can also chop it with a special press). Mix all the ingredients with a fork, turning them into an almost uniform mass.
Step 3: bake sea bass in foil.
Spread a small piece of foil and lay the previously prepared fish on it. Top the seabass with a seasoning of oil, basil and garlic. Wrap the carcass in foil, transfer everything to a heat-resistant baking sheet and send to the preheated 180 degrees oven on 30 minutes.
After half an hour, the sea bass will be almost ready, but that's not all, you need to give it a mouth-watering appearance. To do this, open the foil on top, opening the fish, and then return to the oven to the upper level at another 10 minutes. Thanks to this, the sea bass is covered with a golden brown on top.
Important: if your oven has a grill mode, then in the last 10 minutes, after you open the foil, use it.
Step 4: serve the sea bass baked in foil.
Serve the baked sea bass hot to the table, immediately from the oven. As a side dish, boiled potatoes and vegetable salad are suitable.
