Chocolate cake with apricots in a slow cooker


Ingredients for making apricot chocolate cake in a slow cooker

  1. Wheat flour 250 grams

Making a chocolate cake with apricots in a slow cooker:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Prepare all the ingredients in advance. Firstly, all of them, without exception, are needed at least for 1 hour put out of the refrigerator and leave to warm at room temperature. Secondly, dark chocolate needs to be melted. Thirdly, wheat flour should be sifted, and apricots should be washed.

Step 2: Cook the dough.


First, mix in a bowl softened butter, a pinch of salt and all the sugar. Stir with a mixer or whisk until an airy homogeneous mass is obtained. Then, in turn, break the eggs there, mixing well after each.
Mix wheat flour with baking powder for the dough, and then pour everything into butter beaten with eggs and sugar. Mix well.
When the mass is smooth, add yogurt and mix again. Last but not least, add 3/4 of all melted chocolate to the dough. Mix the dough thoroughly again.

Step 3: Bake a chocolate cake with apricots in a slow cooker.


Put the dough in the bowl of the multicooker and level it on top. Cut the washed apricots in half and take out the seed. Insert the halves of the fruit into the dough with the slice down.

Select a mode on the multicooker panel "bakery products"temperature should be 150 degrees, and set the time to 45 minutes. Close the appliance lid and press "start".

When the slow cooker informs you that the time allotted for baking a pie has come to an end, carefully open the lid of the appliance, for accuracy, check the dough with a toothpick (it should be dry at the output) and, if everything is ready, leave the product to cool. It is possible to get chocolate cake with apricots from the bowl only after complete cooling.

Step 4: Serve the apricot chocolate cake in a slow cooker.


Before serving, pour chocolate cake with apricots on top with the remaining melted chocolate, beautifully distributing it with a net or zigzag. Now your pastries are not only tasty, but also beautiful. Serve it for tea or coffee as a dessert.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of apricots, you can use ripe pears. They need to be washed, cleaned of skins and seeds, and then cut into halves or quarters.
