Ingredients for the preparation of profiteroles with crab filling
- Crab sticks 240 g
- Egg 3 pcs.
- Green onion 2 tbsp. l
- Corn 1 ban.
- Amber cheese 100 g
- Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp. l
- Fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- Main Ingredients Corn, Onion, Cucumber, Cheese, Crab Sticks

Cooking profiteroles with crab filling:
Grate the eggs.
Grate crab sticks on a fine grater.
Chop green onions.
Dice the cucumber.
Mix in a bowl, eggs, crab sticks, onions, corn, cucumber, cheese and mayonnaise. Salt at will.
Make an incision on the custard dough and fill with the filling.
Put on a dish and serve. Enjoy your meal!
