Avocado Crab Salad


Ingredients for Cooking Crab Salad with Avocado

The main

  1. Crab meat 300 grams
  2. Avocado 1 piece
  3. Celery Root 100 grams
  4. Fresh cucumber 3 pieces
  5. Parsley to taste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

For refueling

  1. Sour cream or mayonnaise 100 grams
  2. Lemon slices for decoration

Salad bowl, stewpan, kitchen knife, cutting board, knife for cleaning vegetables, a tablespoon.

Making crab salad with avocado:

Step 1: Prepare the crab meat.


Tear the crab meat into large enough pieces. If it was frozen, then first crabs need to be boiled for 5 minutes after boiling, then peel and after already cut or tear.

Step 2: Preparing the Avocado


Cut the avocado in half with a knife, take out the stone, and then carefully remove the flesh. Cut it into cubes or straws.

Step 3: Prepare the celery root.


Rinse celery, peel, and then crumble with a thin straw.

Step 4: Prepare the cucumber.


Rinse fresh cucumbers, peel them, and then cut them into small cubes.

Step 5: Mix the crab salad with avocado.


Mix cucumbers, celery root, crab meat and avocado in a salad bowl. Add the same washed with warm water and finely chopped greens. Season the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise, salt to taste. Mix everything well and, garnishing with a slice of lemon, serve to the table.
