Processed Cheese Cookies


Ingredients for Cooking Processed Cookies

  1. Processed cheeses 2 whetstone

  3. Wheat flour 22 tablespoons

Cooking cookies from processed cheese:

Step 1: Knead the butter and cheese.


Remove cheese and butter from the refrigerator in advance so that they lie down at room temperature and become soft. Fold the cheese and butter in a deep plate and mash everything together with your hands, mixing thoroughly.

Step 2: prepare the dough.


It is not in vain that wheat flour is given one tablespoon each, and this is how it should be added to a mixture of butter and cheese. Gradually, pouring a spoonful of flour behind a spoon, knead a tender, soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

Step 3: make cookies.


Wash the dough and roll out an oblong sausage from it. Put it on a cutting board and cut with a knife into round pieces, no more than 1 centimeter.
Roll the cookies into sugar in such a way as to cover them with blanks on all sides.

Step 4: bake cookies from processed cheeses.


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Transfer cookies to a heat-resistant baking sheet and cook your baking for 15-20 minutes.
After cooking, you will need to perform the most difficult step in the whole recipe: wait until the cookies from the processed cheese cools down. Because everything becomes tastier then.

Step 5: serve the processed cheese cookies.


Serve cookies from processed cheese to tea or store in a glass jar. It is very nice to pamper yourself sometimes with such simple and at the same time delicious pastries. Especially in winter, especially with a cup of hot tea or coffee, especially in the company of relatives and friends.
