Chocolate cake in oranges


Ingredients for Making Chocolate Pie in Oranges

  1. Oranges 6 pieces
  2. Almond milk 250 milliliters
  3. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  4. Wheat flour 220 grams
  5. Baking powder for dough 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt 1 pinch
  7. Vegetable oil 80 milliliters
  8. Sugar 100 grams
  9. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  10. Nutella 2 tablespoons
  11. Cocoa Powder 2 Tbsp

Inventory:

Foil, hot pot holders, deep plate - 3 pieces, whisk, tablespoon, kitchen knife, cutting board.

Making chocolate cake in oranges:

Step 1: prepare the dough.


In a deep bowl, mix freshly squeezed lemon juice and almond milk until smooth.
Separately, mix vegetable oil with granulated sugar, whisking thoroughly with a whisk. At the end, add the vanilla extract here and mix everything very well again.
Now mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder together separately.
Pour almond milk into a bowl of bulk ingredients. Shuffle. Now pour the vegetable oil mixed with sugar. Keep stirring (use a mixer if possible), knead the dough, gradually adding nutella to it. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Step 2: prepare the oranges.


Rinse the oranges and cut off the top of them. Then carefully, so as not to damage the skin, cut the pulp in a circle with a knife and pull it out of the fruit. You should get a hollow inside a cup of orange. Do not remove the cut off tops, they will still be useful to you.

Step 3: put the dough in oranges.


Fill the prepared oranges with chocolate dough. But since the dough is still dispersed in the baking process, fill the fruit only on 3/4 and cover each orange on top with a hat cut earlier.

Step 4: bake a chocolate cake in oranges.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wrap each dough-filled orange individually in foil. Then send them hot in the oven on 30-40 minutes. During this time, they should be baked, and raw dough will turn into a delicious biscuit.
After cooking, expand the oranges with the chocolate cake inside, let it cool slightly, and then serve it to the table.

Step 5: serve the chocolate cake in oranges.


Serve the chocolate cake in oranges without taking it out, right. It is eaten with a teaspoon. You can pour caramel or chocolate syrup on top of each serving, garnish with almonds or walnuts. It will be sweet and tasty anyway. Help yourself.
