Baked Red Peppers with Cheese


Ingredients for Cooking Baked Red Peppers with Cheese

Cooking baked red pepper with cheese:

Step 1: bake the peppers.

Mix all grated cheeses with cream. Moreover, it is better to put cream cheese in advance from the refrigerator so that it warms up at room temperature and becomes softer.
Leave aside a little grated hard cheese to sprinkle on top of it.

Step 4: mix the cheeses with peppers.


Add to the various kinds of cheese cubes of bell pepper and mix well.

You get such a mass that looks appetizing by itself.
Add smoked paprika and ground pepper to this mass, and then mix everything again.

Step 5: bake red pepper with cheese.


Transfer the cheese with red pepper and spices into the baking dish, sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top and send to the preheated 170 degrees oven on 20-30 minutes. The cheese should begin to bubble and cover with a good golden crust around the edges.

Step 6: serve the baked red pepper with cheese.
