Ingredients for making panna cotta with kiwi
- Cream 20% 500 ml
- White Chocolate 100 g
- Sugar 50 g
- Vanilla Sugar 1/3 tsp
- Gelatin 30 g
- Cold water 100 ml

Cooking panna cotta with kiwi:
Pour gelatin with cold water, leave for 10 minutes.
Pour the cream into the saucepan, heat until hot, but do not boil. Dissolve in sugar cream (optional), white chocolate, and vanilla sugar.
Pour into a bowl, cool, put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Beat with a mixer.
Crush the kiwi with a fork or cut into a cube.
Put a little kiwi on the bottom of the glass, pour half the jelly. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Put a layer of kiwi and pour jelly, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
