Ingredients for making anthill cake
- Wheat flour 4 cups
- Fat cream 100 grams
- Margarine 200 grams
- 5 gram baking powder

Cooking anthill cake:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Wheat flour can be sifted through a strainer.
Remove the margarine from the refrigerator in advance, so that after standing at room temperature it becomes softer and easily crumpled in your fingers.
Mix wheat flour and margarine, you get a kind of crumbs dough. Grind it well in your fingers so that all the flour "clings".
Meanwhile, mix chilled fatty cream with baking powder for dough. Beat everything with a mixer to make a cream.
Knead the cream with flour and margarine. Knead for 3 minutes. You will get a dough, consisting entirely of fairly large crumbs - lumps.
Step 2: rub the dough.
Take a coarse grater and grind all the dough with it to make small crumbs. If the mass comes out very friable, then you are doing everything right.
Step 3: bake the dough.
Cover the baking tray with parchment and pour the dough on it. The mass should lie in one layer. If all the dough is not included immediately, bake in several stages.
Bake in a well preheated 200 degrees oven for 15 minutes. The dough will brown, but will also remain crumbly. Leave it to cool at room temperature.
Step 4: mix condensed milk with butter.
Soften butter, like margarine, at room temperature, and then mix with condensed milk, turning everything into a homogeneous creamy mass. You can even beat with a mixer.
Step 5: form a cake.
Now take boiled condensed milk with butter and mix it with baked crumbs of dough. Mix very well and form cakes. The shape can be any, the simplest is a ball. But since the name "Anthill", then let's give the mass the appropriate form.
Take tall glasses, moisten them with water, and using a tablespoon, carefully fill them with dough with condensed milk, and then just as carefully turning the glass over, place the cake on a cutting board.
After which the dessert will only have to infuse in the refrigerator. Minimum 2 hours, and better and all 24 hours. Garnish the cakes with chocolate or waffle crumbs, powdered sugar or roasted crushed nuts, if desired.
Step 6: serve the cake.
Anthill cake is served chilled as a dessert. Great for family tea drinking, and for a noisy holiday, especially for children, although adults do not mind eating at all, despite all their newfangled diets.
