Heart toast with egg


Ingredients for making toast with a heart-shaped egg

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Bread is better to take fragrant, the one that you like best. Cut it into thin slices and use a cookie cutter to squeeze a heart out of the center. Do not throw out the remaining crumb, we will bake it too.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Take a heat-resistant baking sheet and put pieces of butter in it. Send to the oven on 5 minutes, the oil should melt and begin to bubble.
Remove the pan from the oven (Caution, very hot!) And put slices of bread in it, as well as a crumb in the shape of hearts. Press with a spatula on each so that the bread absorbs the butter, and then turn the slices on the other side and send them to brown in a hot oven. About 10 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven again, turn the bread on the other side, the hearts from the crumb, too, and pour the egg inside each piece. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and half of the herbs. Send back to the oven until the egg white has set. But the yolks must remain fluid!
After the eggs inside the toasts are baked, take out the sandwiches, sprinkle with the remaining green onions and serve while they are hot.
