Cooking potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onion, rinse with cool water and chop with thin feathers. But, if you do not like it when the onion in the dish is too large, you can cut it into very small cubes.
Peel the potatoes, rinse very thoroughly, and then cut into cubes or cubes, as you are familiar with.
Rinse the champignons in warm water, cut off the earthy parts from their legs, and then cut the mushrooms into thin slices. If the mushrooms are small, you can simply divide each into 4 equal parts.

Step 2: fry the mushrooms with onions.

Put the slow cooker in mode frying (or, if there is no such mode, then "bakery products") and heat the oil in a bowl. And then, by choice, you can fry either mushrooms or onions first, it all depends on your preferences. In any case, fry for 7 minutesstirring all the time. Do not close the lid.
Then, if you first fried mushrooms, put onions on them (if you fried onions first, add mushrooms), if you need to add more vegetable oil and set the timer on another 12 minutes, fry everything together the same way with the lid open and stirring all the time. The mode does not need to be changed.

Step 3: add the potatoes.

Now put the potatoes in the multicooker bowl to the fried mushrooms and onions, add salt, ground pepper and other spices, if you want. Shuffle.

Step 4: add sour cream.

Add sour cream, pour in the right amount of water and put the slow cooker into mode quenching. Shuffle the contents of the multicooker, close the lid and set the timer to 30 minutes. If after this time the potato does not become soft, cooking will need to continue. But everything else. You don’t need to mix or check anything, the slow cooker will cope with the preparation of the dish itself, you just have to wait for the signal.

Step 5: serve the potatoes with mushrooms in a slow cooker.

Put the prepared potatoes with mushrooms on plates, decorate with greens and serve hot as a standalone dish, or together with the hammock, for example, this is already a matter of taste.

- You can put chopped garlic and fresh dill in a multicooker bowl for other ingredients 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking for a brighter flavor.
