Cooking puff pastry pies with cheese and mushrooms:
Step 1: prepare the filling.
Dice the peeled onion in small cubes, peel the mushrooms, rinse and cut into cubes or thin slices.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion in it until soft, then add the chopped champignons and simmer everything together for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Do not forget to stir. At the very end, pepper the mushrooms, salt, add the spices for the chicken, remove from heat and mix.
When the fried mushrooms have cooled, mix them with grated cheese.
Step 2: prepare the dough.
Frozen puff pastry should be thawed, then rolled on a countertop into a thin layer and cut with a knife into 8 equal rectangles.
Step 3: form puff pastry pies with cheese and mushrooms.
Put in the center of each rectangle mushrooms mixed with cheese.
Roll the rectangles from the dough inward, hiding the filling.
Get a bag. Fasten the remaining edges of the dough to each other and use your fingers on all the seams several times to precisely close them firmly.
