Whipped ingredients for making kefir cookies

Cooking cookies on kefir in haste:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
Combine wheat flour with baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
In a separate plate, mix the egg, vanilla, vegetable oil and kefir. Beat well and mix these ingredients together.
Then combine liquid and loose ingredients with each other and knead the dough with your hands. It will turn out less steep and more sticky than, say, sand, but it will still roll out well and keep its shape.
Step 2: cut out the cookies on kefir in haste.
Sprinkle flour on the tabletop and rolling pin and roll out the previously prepared dough into a layer no thicker 5 mm. If it is more convenient for you, then roll out not all the dough at once, but in batches, plucking off pieces from the total mass.
Then cut out the dough pieces for cookies of arbitrary shape from the dough. If you don’t have special tins, then use a glass to make round cookies.
Step 3: bake kefir cookies in haste.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and also prepare a baking sheet, covering it with parchment for baking.
Place cookie blanks on a baking sheet, let them lie at some distance from each other.
You need to bake the blanks until a pretty golden color, and if in time, then during 12-15 minutes. Then the cookies must be removed from the pan and cooled at room temperature. And then serve it to the table!
