Ingredients for Making Simple Chinese Salad
- Wheat flour 3 cups

Cooking a simple Chinese salad:
Step 1: knead the dough.
Mix wheat flour with water and salt. Mix gradually, adding water in a thin stream, so as not to get too liquid.
The finished dough holds its shape well and rolls easily.
Divide the mass into several equal parts and use a rolling pin to roll them into cakes. If these cakes are sloppy in shape, it's okay, the main thing is that they are thin.
Step 2: fry the tortillas.
Fry the cakes in a dry frying pan over medium heat. These cakes are prepared as simple as kneading. All you need is to fry them until golden brown on both sides.
After frying, set the tortillas to cool, and when they become room temperature, put them on a cutting board on top of each other and cut into thin strips, like noodles.
Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.
With vegetables and mushrooms, everything is simple: rinse, peel, remove seeds from pepper, cut earthy legs from mushrooms, and then cut everything together with thin strips or straws. Champignons can be cut into thin plates.
Step 4: prepare a simple Chinese salad.
Preheat in a pan 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil (odorless). Then put all the previously prepared vegetables and mushrooms in it. Fry them, stirring all the time, until they become a little softer. And this is literally a few minutes.
When vegetables and mushrooms become softer, add chopped cakes to them in a pan.
Then pour in soy sauce and just a little water mixed with spices.
Continue to heat and mix until the bread is saturated with spices and soy sauce. Scones should become soft from moisture, while the vegetables should remain crispy and juicy inside.
Step 5: serve a simple Chinese salad.
