Cooking pancakes with egg and ham:

Step 1: Cooking Pancakes.

In a deep plate, mix all the ingredients and beat them with a mixer to an absolutely uniform consistency, breaking all the flour lumps with a whisk. When you get a smooth batter, set it aside and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat a little butter or vegetable oil in a pan and pour the dough, spreading it in a thin layer along the bottom. Cook the pancake over medium heat.

Step 2: Add the egg.

When the top of the pancake is set, break the chicken egg on it and spread it with a fork, mixing the protein with the yolk. Be careful and do not pierce the pancake with a fork.

If you are still afraid to damage the pancake, you can first mix and beat the egg, and then pour it on the pancake and spread it with a fork.
Pepper and salt to taste, but this is not necessary.

Step 3: Add Cheese.

Let the egg bake a little, lay on top a few slices of cheese. But put the cheese not on the entire area, but only on half the pancake. Let the cheese melt a bit, literally 30-60 secondsdepends on your cheese. By the way, it’s better to take one that melts easily and does not become rubber.

Step 4: Add the ham.

Put the ham on top of the cheese. It can be one thick layer or two thin. What is not so important, the filling in such dishes always goes "by eye".

Step 5: Bring to readiness.

As you put the ham, immediately fold the pancake in half, covering the half that has cheese and ham on it with an empty half of the pancake.
Then fold the pancake again in half. Get a triangle. Remove the finished pancake with egg and ham from the pan and start cooking the next one.
From this amount of test, it turns out 6 large pancakes or 8 medium.

Step 6: Serve the pancakes with egg and ham.

Pancakes with egg and ham should be eaten right there while they are hot, and the cheese is viscous. If necessary, you can heat the pancakes in a pan. Eat them for breakfast with coffee or as a light and tasty snack for an afternoon snack.
Enjoy your meal!
