Sausage potato gratin ingredients

Cooking potato casserole with sausage:
Step 1: Prepare the onion.
Peel the onions, rinse with cold water and cut into small cubes. And so that everything can be done without unnecessary tears, the knife blade must be periodically moistened with cool running water.
Step 2: Prepare the sausage and bacon.
Cut the sausage into medium-sized cubes. Bacon in thin slices. Divide the whole bacon into about 3 parts, leave a third like that, and cut the majority into cubes, like the sausage.
On a medium heat, heat the pan and throw the bacon, cut into cubes, and the whole sausage into it. Fry everything in a dry frying pan until light golden brown. And then add the onion, chopped into cubes, and chopped garlic in any way convenient for you. Fry it all together, stirring often, until the onion is transparent and the bacon is crispy.
Step 3: Prepare the greens.
Rinse parsley, dry and chop finely with a knife.
Step 4: Prepare the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and then grate on a coarse grater. Or you can use a food processor, the main thing is that the potatoes are thin strips.
Step 5: Mix the ingredients.
In a deep plate, mix chopped potatoes, sausages fried with onions, chopped parsley, dried marjoram, ground pepper and salt.
Then add eggs, wheat flour and corn starch to the other ingredients. Mix everything very carefully so that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mass, and flour, and eggs and starch.
Step 6: Cook the potato casserole with sausage.
Set the oven to warm up 200 degrees Celsius. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the potato mass in it. Carefully level the top so that the casserole is neat and garnish with the remaining slices of bacon, spreading them on top.
Bake a potato casserole for at least 1 hour. Its top should be covered with a golden brown, and the bacon should be baked. Also, the casserole should be browned below.
After you take the form out of the oven, let the casserole cool for a bit, just a few minutes, and then divide it into portions and serve.
Step 7: Serve the potato casserole with sausage.
