Ingredients for cooking fish under the marinade
- White fish fillet (tilapia, for example) 8 pieces
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Onion 2 pieces
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece
- Champignons 5 pieces (large)
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar 10% 1/2 cup
- Ginger root (chopped) 1 teaspoon
- White pepper 1 teaspoon

Frying pan, spatula, kitchen knife, cutting board, deep plate, paper towels.
Cooking fish under the marinade:
Step 1: prepare the fish.
First of all, the fish fillet must be thawed at room temperature, then rinse it with cold water and lower it into a bowl filled with milk. Soak the fillet in milk for 20 minutes. Dry with paper towels and rub with salt and pepper on all sides.
Step 2: fry the fish.
Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the fish fillet in it from all sides. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then put the fish on paper towels so that they absorb excess fat.
Step 3: prepare the marinade.
In the same pan in which you cooked the fish, fry the onion, chopped into thin feathers, and chopped garlic. When they become transparent, add the chopped mushrooms and Bulgarian red pepper.
Stir vegetables frequently, stirring frequently 3 minutes.
Add white pepper, ginger root, sugar and vinegar. And boil, again stirring, yet 3 minutes.
Step 4: cook the fish under the marinade.
Put the fried fish fillet in a hot marinade and boil everything over a fire for 1 minutes. Then cool the frying pan with the contents to room temperature, and after that, completely put everything in the refrigerator for several hours, and preferably at night, to properly insist. Do not forget to cover the pan.
Step 5: serve the fish under the marinade.
Serve the fish cold, watering it on top with a small amount of marinade. Original and tasty! And it looks great, so you can safely cook such a fish for a party or some big celebration.
