Ingredients for making a pie with apples in a slow cooker

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Sugar 250 grams
  3. Wheat flour 350 grams
  4. Natural (Greek) yogurt 250 milliliters
  5. Vegetable oil (odorless) 2/3 cup
  6. Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
  7. Dough baking powder 1 sachet
  8. Milk caramel 75 grams
  9. Salt on the tip of a knife
  10. 4-5 apples
  11. Ground cinnamon optional

Cooking a pie with apples in a slow cooker:

Step 1: Prepare the eggs.


Separate the egg yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt in a thick foam. Then, one at a time, each time mixing well, add the egg yolks.

Step 2: Knead the dough.


Pour natural yogurt and milk caramel into the egg mixture, pour sugar. Shuffle everything again until smooth so that all the ingredients come together.

Now slowly pour in the vegetable oil, without ceasing to mix everything.
Sift the flour and mix it with a baking powder for the dough, and then pour it all into the liquid mixture. Mix everything well to make a homogeneous dough without flour clots and lumps.

Step 3: Pour the dough into a slow cooker.


Lubricate the multicooker bowl (bottom and walls), and then pour the dough into it.

Step 4: Add the apples.


Rinse the apples, peel them from the skin, remove the seed core and twigs. Cut the fruit in half. On the convex side of the halves, make deep longitudinal cuts.
Lay the apple slices on the dough, drowning them with your fingers a little, and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar on top.

Step 5: Bake a pie with apples in a slow cooker.


Close the cover of the multicooker, select the mode "Bakery products" and set the temperature to 180 degrees. On time, bake a pie with apples 45 minutes, and set on the timer. Press button "Start" and that’s all! Sing, dance, do other household chores or cook something else delicious, and the crock-pot can do it yourself without your participation.

When the timer tells you that the pie is ready, unplug the multicooker, but don’t get the pie yet, let it cool inside.
Transfer the cooled apple pie to a large flat dish and serve.

Step 6: Serve the apple pie.


Apple pie can be served for breakfast, afternoon snack or as a hearty dessert. Necessarily with tea or cocoa, without this in any way! Cook with pleasure.
