Ingredients for Cooking Pickled Cabbage with Beets
- White cabbage 2 kg
- Large carrot 1 pc.
- Big beets 1 pc.
- Garlic 4-5 tooth.
- Water 1 L
- Salt 2.5 tbsp. l
- Sugar 120 g
- Vegetable oil 70 ml.
- Vinegar 9% 150 ml
- Peas Peas 5 pcs.
- Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
- Main Ingredients: Cabbage, Onions, Carrots, Beets, Garlic
Cooking pickled cabbage with beets:
Chop the cabbage. Grate carrots and beets. Cut garlic into petals. Mix everything.
Tamp tightly in a jar.
Boil the marinade.
Pour the kaputu with hot marinade.
Allow to cool completely, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
