Microwave Banana Pudding Ingredients
- Fat cream 200 milliliters
- Milk 100 milliliters
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Banana (ripened) 1 piece
- Lemon juice (optional) 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate 5 cloves
- Gelatin 1 pack (5 grams)
- Water 50 milliliters

Cooking Banana Pudding in the Microwave:
Step 1: prepare gelatin and chocolate.
Combine gelatin and water in a small bowl. Send everything to the microwave on 30 seconds at power 500 watts. Gelatin should completely dissolve.
Put the slices of chocolate in a free plate and send them in the microwave for 30 seconds at power 500 watts. Let the chocolate slices melt completely. If a 30 seconds will turn out to be small, mix the chocolate and send it back for another 30 seconds.
Attention: if during the following steps the chocolate sets, just when you need it, send it in the microwave for 10 Seconds.
Step 2: prepare the banana.
Peel the bananas and mash them by pouring lemon juice so that the fruit flesh does not darken.
Step 3: warm the milk.
Pour the milk, add sugar into it and heat it in the microwave at power 500 watts during 1.5 minutes. Then remove and mix well, dissolving granulated sugar without residue.
Step 4: mix the ingredients.
Combine warm milk with sugar, dissolved gelatin, melted chocolate, banana pulp and pour the cream here. Mix everything very well so that the liquids come together.
Step 5: infuse the banana pudding.
Pour the resulting mixture into prepared small cups. Pour carefully on the back of the spoon so that no air bubbles form in the pudding.
All that remains is to cool the banana pudding in the refrigerator until it seizes, and then you can serve the finished dessert to the table.
Step 6: serve the banana pudding.
