Microwave Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Fillet with Cabbage

Cooking chicken with cabbage in the microwave:

Step 1: prepare the cabbage.


Take the cabbage fresh. Peel off the top leaves, rinse the rest and cut coarsely or tear with your hands, as you prefer.
Put the prepared cabbage in a microwave-safe dish.
Attention: You can also use a special container with a lid for cooking in the microwave.

Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.


Wash the fillet, dry and grate the poultry evenly with chopped garlic and salt on all sides. Place the prepared fillet on chopped cabbage leaves, like on a pillow.

Step 3: bake the chicken fillet with cabbage in the microwave.


Loosely wrap the dish with chicken and a cabbage film suitable for baking.
Send everything to cook in the microwave at maximum power for 10 minutes.
Attention: adjust the cooking time depending on the size of the fillet, be sure to check after 10 minutes, and if the meat was baked, if not, just return it to the microwave and continue the process for a few more minutes depending on the degree of readiness.
