Cooking Vanilla Pudding in the Microwave:
Step 1: prepare the mass for the pudding.
Combine granulated sugar, cornmeal and salt. Mix these loose ingredients together.
Now gradually add milk, stirring the mass well all the time. In the end, beat everything until smooth, so that there are no lumps and no sediment at the bottom.
Pour (or you can immediately mix there) into a microwave-safe dish. And without closing the lid, send the mass to heat in the microwave on 8-11 minutes at power above average.
Prepare the mass for the pudding before thickening, while mixing it at least 3 times.
Step 2: add the egg.
Mold 0.6 cup warm pudding mass and add an egg to it, and then immediately beat everything very well until smooth.
Pour the egg diluted in the pudding into a plate with the remaining mixture (freshly cooked and still warm).
Mix everything well and send to the microwave for another 2-3 minutes all with the same power above average. After each minute of cooking, the pudding must be mixed.
Step 3: bring the vanilla pudding ready.
Add to the hot mass that you just got from the microwave, butter or margarine and mix everything until it dissolves.
Add the essence and again achieve a uniform pudding consistency.
Pour the almost finished dessert into the plates in which you will serve it and wait until the dessert cools down for 0.5-1 hours.
Step 4: serve the vanilla pudding.
Serve vanilla pudding as a dessert, you can by yourself, with fruits, sweet cakes and puff pastry buns. This pudding will be relevant at any time of the year and will appeal to your whole family.
Enjoy your meal!
