Ingredients for making chop rolls

  1. Pork loin 500 grams
  2. Cheese (e.g. Edam) 50 grams
  3. Pickled cucumbers 2 pieces

Cooking chop rolls:

Step 1: prepare the chops.

Pork loin must be cut into thin slices, no more than 1,5-2 centimeters. In this case, the meat should be thawed, thoroughly washed and dried with towels.

With the help of a special hammer, each piece of loin must be well beaten off on both sides, so that the meat thickness in the end becomes no more 0.5-0.7 centimeters. For convenience, before beating off, pieces of meat are wrapped in cling film, then you will not accidentally bring chops from a cutting board or other garbage into chops.

Step 2: turn the chops into rolls.

When the chops are ready, rub them on all sides with salt and pepper.

Add marjoram as well and use your fingers to beat the spices into pieces of meat.

Cut pickled cucumbers and cheese into medium-sized blocks. And lay down a couple of such whetstones in the middle of a prepared pork chop.

Now you need to carefully wrap the edges of the meat so that the filling is sealed inside, and then fasten everything with toothpicks so that the rolls do not unfold.

Step 3: fry chop rolls.

Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a pan (preferably olive, but sunflower oil will do the same), and then dip the chop rolls into it. Sauté the meat over medium heat to a good golden crust on all sides.
When you fry the chop rolls, you can get meat toothpicks and serve the finished dish right there.

Step 4: serve chop rolls.

Serve chop rolls with a garnish. Best with vegetables, such as potatoes or stews of pepper, corn, zucchini, tomato and eggplant, the salad is also suitable. In any case, rolls according to this recipe are juicy, tasty and satisfying. No one can resist.
