T-bone meat

Ingredients for Cooking T-Bone Meat

  1. 4-bone meat
  2. Onion 500 grams
  3. Vinegar solution (weak) optional
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ground pepper to taste
  6. Spices for meat to taste

Barbecue or grill, kitchen knife, cutting board, grill tongs or shovel.

Cooking meat on the bone:

Step 1: Fry the meat on the bone.

Heat the grill or grill well, lay out the pieces of raw meat and, often turning them over, fry them from all sides. Fry at least until a clear pattern from the grill appears on the sides or brown, and in some places even black, crust.

A few minutes before cooking, pepper, salt the pieces of meat, and also sprinkle them with any spices suitable to your taste.

Step 2: Pickle the onion.

Peel the onion from the husk, cut it into rings or half rings of medium thickness, rinse a couple of times with cold water, and then transfer to a weak solution of vinegar. Hold the onion in the vinegar marinade for several minutes.

Step 3: Serve the meat on the bone.

Lay the prepared meat on the bone in portions, and on top decorate it with pickled onions (excess vinegar must be drained). It is thanks to the onion that the dish turns out spicy and mouth-watering. However, in my opinion, meat cooked on fire is always tasty.

- To make the meat juicy, you need to defrost it gradually, or take chilled pieces. To gradually defrost meat, first transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator for several hours, and then, shortly before cooking, lay it on the table and warm at room temperature.
