Ingredients for Making Berry Yogurt Smoothie

  1. Natural yogurt 300 grams
  2. Fresh berries 150 grams
  3. Honey 2 teaspoons
  4. Orange zest 1 teaspoon
  5. Ground anise, 1 teaspoon

Making berry smoothie with yogurt:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Rinse fresh berries and peel them from twigs and leaves. After that, leave the fruits briefly on weight so that they have excess liquid from the glass. Put the prepared berries in a blender bowl.
You can use any berries, you can take one type, you can mix different ones together. Only if you use berries with large seeds, such as cherries or cherries, the seeds must first be removed.

Step 2: make a berry smoothie.


Add honey, zest, anise to the berries and mix everything with a blender. Beat the mass for several seconds until it turns into a fairly thick, uniform smoothie.

Step 3: serve the berry smoothie with yogurt.


Spread the natural yogurt in glass cups, filling them in about 3/4, and carefully lay the freshly made berry smoothie on top. To taste, add instant oat flakes on top (in a less dietary variant, oat flakes can be replaced with corn, for example) and start a meal.
It turns out a healthy breakfast or a hearty berry dessert. Very tasty and healthy. Cook and eat for health.

- According to this recipe, the smoothie is slightly sour, if you want a sweeter taste, you will need more honey. In this case, you can add it to both berries and yogurt.
