Ingredients for the preparation of barbecue meat and potatoes

Cooking skewers of meat and potatoes:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

First of all, you need to defrost the meat (first in the refrigerator, and then at room temperature) and boil the potatoes.
Potatoes must be young and small. It does not even need to be cleaned, it is enough to rinse thoroughly with a rough brush. Boil potatoes over 15 minutesuntil it is easily pierced with a fork or knife.
Cut thawed meat in small portions.

Step 2: prepare the marinade.

For marinade, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasoning for meat, fresh thyme and rosemary. Add chopped garlic here. Beat all the ingredients well with a whisk, trying to mix them together as best as possible.

Step 3: pickle the meat.

3/4 the marinade obtained in the last step, pour the chopped meat. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes (better, of course, for a couple of hours, especially if there is such an opportunity).

Step 4: pickle the potatoes.

Pour the freshly boiled young potatoes with the remaining marinade and put it in the refrigerator for a short while, until the meat is marinated.

Step 5: collect the kebab from meat and potatoes.

Without shaking off the meat and potatoes from the marinade, put them on skewers, alternating with each other. Meat is best strung across the fibers, rather than lengthwise.
From the specified amount of ingredients, about 10 skewers should be obtained.

Step 6: fry the kebab of meat and potatoes.

And now the most favorite part of cooking kebab is its frying. I must say that good meat is fried quickly, the main thing is to keep an eye on it and turn it over all the time. You can determine the readiness of the kebab by making an incision on one of the pieces of meat, you immediately determine by color whether it is fried or not.

Step 7: serve the kebab of meat and potatoes.

Skewers of meat and potatoes are best served immediately, before it has cooled. It is really tasty, having prepared it, you will easily be recognized as a real culinary specialist and a “barbecue expert”. Herbs go well with both pork and young potatoes. Just try it and you will understand.
