Cooking Egg Muffins:

Step 1: beat the eggs.

Immediately set the oven to heat up 190 degrees, since the preparation of the mixture for egg muffins will not take you more 5 minutes.
Break chicken eggs into a bowl and mix well with a whisk until smooth.

Step 2: add the cheese.

Add the grated cheese to the eggs and shake everything very well again.

Step 3: add the onion.

Add finely chopped green onions, pepper and salt. Again, mix well.

Step 4: add the tomato.

Crush the washed small tomato into the cheese and egg mixture.

Mix well. You should get a mixture like an omelet with pieces of vegetables and grated cheese.

Step 5: bake the egg muffins.

Lubricate the muffin cups with a little vegetable or melted butter.

Pour the egg mass with vegetables into the molds (6-7 small cupcakes are obtained from this amount of ingredients).

Send to the preheated oven on 15 minutes. During this time, the cupcakes will rise a little and be completely baked. And after the specified time they will need to be taken out of the oven, cool literally for 5 minutes, and after that, remove from the molds and serve.

Step 6: serve the egg muffins.

Egg muffins can be served either on their own, or in combination with a salad of fresh vegetables or something meat, for example, sausages, fried bacon or chicken breast (if you prefer healthy food). Such muffins always turn out delicious and you spend quite a bit of time and effort on their preparation. What is not a great breakfast ?!
Enjoy your meal!
