Ingredients for Making Egg Muffins
- 4 eggs
- Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2 cup

Cooking Egg Muffins:

Lubricate the muffin cups with a little vegetable or melted butter.
Pour the egg mass with vegetables into the molds (6-7 small cupcakes are obtained from this amount of ingredients).
Send to the preheated oven on 15 minutes. During this time, the cupcakes will rise a little and be completely baked. And after the specified time they will need to be taken out of the oven, cool literally for 5 minutes, and after that, remove from the molds and serve.
Step 6: serve the egg muffins.Egg muffins can be served either on their own, or in combination with a salad of fresh vegetables or something meat, for example, sausages, fried bacon or chicken breast (if you prefer healthy food). Such muffins always turn out delicious and you spend quite a bit of time and effort on their preparation. What is not a great breakfast ?!
