Morning Start Cocktail


Ingredients for making the morning run cocktail

  1. Lemon 1/2 pieces
  2. Hot water (but not boiling water) 200 milliliters

  5. Ginger root (grated) 2 centimeters

First of all, you need to squeeze the juice from half a lemon, grate the ginger root and measure out the right amount of other ingredients that you need to make the drink.

Mix lemon juice with honey, ginger and cayenne pepper, add hot water (just not cool boiling water!). Mix very thoroughly and well.
If necessary, you can slightly dilute the cocktail with cool boiled water, but in any case you need to serve it at about the same temperature as usually with the tea you drink.
